This is a hands-on position where you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring our premium products are delivered accurately and on time. With an early finish every Friday, this role offers a fantastic work-life balance on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

 Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our warehouse team, your day will be varied and impactful. Your primary focus will be on:
- Accurately processing, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Safely unloading containers and meticulously checking incoming stock against shipping manifests.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including work-assist vehicles and lift trucks, with safety as the top priority.
- Maintaining precise stock records through replenishment, barcoding, labelling, and quality control checks.
- Assisting with inventory management and tracking stock movement using our WMS software, Cin7.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
- Contributing to team meetings, stocktakes, and reviews to help us continuously improve.
Qualifications
We’re seeking a reliable team player with the right blend of skill and attitude. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Some experience (1-2 years) in a warehouse or similar logistics environment is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain high accuracy.
- A good level of physical fitness, capable of safely handling stock up to 15kg.
- Confidence using computers and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- A positive, can-do mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems.
- Full working rights in Australia.
