What You’ll Be Doing

Receive and Process Incoming Stock: When new materials and products arrive, you’ll check them in, update records, and make sure everything is organised in the right place.
Pick and Fill Customer Orders: Using order sheets or digital systems, you’ll locate items in the warehouse and prepare them for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Pack and Ship Orders: You’ll pack orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, then prepare them for shipping according to company standards.
Maintain a Clean, Safe Warehouse: A tidy warehouse is a safe warehouse. You’ll keep your work area organised, follow safety procedures, and help maintain overall cleanliness.
Perform Inventory Controls: Regular stock counts and checks ensure our inventory records stay accurate. You’ll be part of making sure quality standards are met consistently.
Operate Warehouse Equipment: As needed, you’ll use equipment like forklifts (if licensed) and other tools safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
Warehouse Experience Preferred but Not Required: If you’ve worked in a warehouse before, that’s great. If not, we’re willing to train the right person.
Ability to Lift Heavy Objects: You’ll be handling stock regularly, so physical capability is essential.
Ability to Operate Warehouse Equipment Safely: You’ll be trained on equipment, but a safety-first mindset is non-negotiable.
Good Communication Skills: You’ll work with team members and need to communicate clearly about orders, stock, and tasks.
Team Player: We work together. Being easy to get along with and willing to help out matters.
Strong Attention to Detail: Orders need to be picked correctly, packed properly, and recorded accurately. Small mistakes can become big problems.
Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: When orders are flowing, you need to keep up without letting quality slip.
Forklift License Preferred: If you have one, that’s an advantage. If not, we can discuss training opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (from previous context, maintained for consistency)
