Key Responsibilities
As a Sortation Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics process. Your primary tasks will focus on efficiency and accuracy:
- Sort, scan, and stack packages onto pallets for the next stage of their delivery journey.
- Move and organize packages between delivery trucks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare customer orders for final delivery, ensuring every item is correctly sorted and routed.
- Use handheld scanners, computers, and other technology to track and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work actively on your feet for the duration of your shift, contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
This is an entry-level role designed for anyone ready to work hard. We provide the training you need to succeed. The basic requirements are simple:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes.
- No resume or previous work experience is required.
- A reliable and positive attitude with a focus on safety.
- The ability to work standing and walking for the duration of your shift.
