Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will be integral to our production process. Working as part of a close-knit day shift team (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am start), your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing batches by accurately measuring and weighing raw materials according to specific recipe cards.
• Operating mixing and filling equipment, monitoring temperature, pressure, and timing.
• Filling, capping, labelling, and packing finished products into various containers.
• Performing quality control checks, collecting samples, and updating all batch documentation accurately.
• Assisting with warehouse duties, including loading-unloading trucks and moving pallets using a forklift (licence desirable, or willingness to obtain one).
• Performing basic maintenance and thorough cleaning of processing equipment.
• Being flexible to work reasonable overtime as needed to complete production batches.

• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• A competitive hourly rate between $27.00 and $33.00.
• A current forklift licence (F endorsement) is highly desirable, or a genuine willingness to obtain one.
