Key Responsibilities
As the Welder Foreman, you will be responsible for both production and crew oversight. Your core duties will include:
- Leading by example, performing complex structural welding and assembly tasks according to engineer print drawings, specifications, and industry codes.
- Supervising and coordinating the daily welding activities of the crew, assigning tasks, and ensuring workflow meets project timelines.
- Ensuring all welding work performed by you and your team meets or exceeds required quality and safety standards.
- Operating and overseeing the use of hand welding, flame-cutting, and associated equipment on site.
