About the Roles
As a WTR Operator with Remarkable People, you’ll be placed with reputable civil construction companies across the Bay of Plenty. You’ll be operating machinery such as rollers, loaders, and excavators on projects that make a real difference in the community. Whether you’re experienced in civil construction or ready to take the next step in your career, we have opportunities that match your skills and goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating machinery such as rollers, loaders, and excavators.
- Working on civil, roading, drainage, and site preparation projects.
- Carrying out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
- Assisting ground crews when required.
- Following all health and safety procedures on site.
What We’re Looking For
- W, T and R endorsements with proven operating experience.
- Class 2–4 licence (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of site safety and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit.
- Civil construction experience preferred.
