Here is an opportunity to join the kitchen team at FINI’S as a Cleaner/Dishwasher. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to maintain cleanliness across our restaurants on Wyndham Street, Central, and Elgin Street, Soho. In this role, you will operate dishwashing equipment, ensure kitchen hygiene, and support general cleaning duties. The annual salary ranges from HK$100,000 to HK$400,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and waste stations.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining restaurant dining areas and toilet facilities.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or cleaner is an advantage but not required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and reliability.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to be assigned to either the Wyndham Street, Central or Elgin Street, Soho location as operational needs require.
