Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure our clients’ spaces meet our high standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Performing comprehensive cleaning of commercial and residential properties, including vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning walls, ceilings, and restrooms.
• Using specialized equipment such as water blasters and floor polishers, and applying appropriate cleaning chemicals safely.
• Stripping and polishing hard floor surfaces to a high standard.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by communicating effectively and addressing their specific needs.
• Strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Reporting any site issues or client feedback to management promptly.
• Demonstrating flexibility with work locations and schedules, including potential overnight travel for company work as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals with the right attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, with rotating morning or afternoon shifts as required.
• A Class 1 driver’s license (or equivalent overseas license) is preferred.
• Previous professional cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
