About the Position
This is a full-time, mobile role that requires traveling to various residential and commercial sites daily. You will be part of a professional team, taking ownership of cleaning operations from start to finish. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of SGD 1,900 to SGD 2,300, based on experience, and includes comprehensive training on specialized machinery.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be the on-site point of contact, responsible for both the quality of work and the team’s efficiency.
- Travel to assigned residential and commercial locations to perform and supervise specialized cleaning services.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting for advanced cleaning equipment such as industrial floor scrubbers, carpet extraction machines, and steam cleaners.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the company’s high standards and that all safety protocols are strictly followed on site.
- Maintain and manage cleaning equipment and supplies in the company vehicle, ensuring everything is ready for the next job.
- Coordinate daily with the operations team to receive job assignments, confirm schedules, and provide updates on completed work.
- Train and guide assistant cleaners on proper techniques and safety measures as needed.
Skills and Qualifications for Success
We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage both tools and tasks effectively.
- A valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory for this mobile role.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning, facility maintenance, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to learn and operate heavy-duty cleaning machinery (full training provided).
- Physically fit with the ability to handle equipment, bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first mindset.
- Good time management and clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
- A responsible, dependable, and professional attitude.
